In this section, we have compiled some of our most frequently asked questions. If there is something that we missed, please don’t hesitate to reach out Little happy humans will get in touch with you.

What do I need to bring to class?

Please bring a soft blanket or towel for your baby to lie on and your baby bag.

​

Is there any venue specific information that I need to know?

The course will be held in Dudes and Divas, Glengormley. There is ample parking and close to bus routes.

​

If I can't make one of the classes, can I have a refund for the session?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds if classes are missed for any reason. Natalie will be happy to 'catch you up' with any information you have missed.

What is your general refund policy?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds unless Little happy humans are unable to run the course you have paid for. Little Happy Humans reserve the right to cancel a course or a single session due to unforeseen circumstances or if minimum numbers are not met.

How old should my baby be?

The course is suitable for babies aged 4 weeks until actively crawling and must be under 1 years of age.

What if my baby has a medical condition?

If your baby has any medical conditions, it is the parents' responsibility to seek your GPs advice and get approval prior to attending.

Can we buy gift vouchers for your class?

Yes, please get in touch to arrange.

How does it work if baby wants to feed, sleep or have a nappy change during the session?

Our sessions are all baby led. Whether your baby needs feeding, changing or is quite unsettled and crying please know that their needs will always come first so whilst in class we want all parents to feel free to do whatever you need to do to ensure baby is happy.  You are more than welcome to breastfeed or bottle-feed throughout class, change nappies or shush and soothe baby, as required

Which oil will be used for baby massage?

Little happy humans will supply the oil in week 1 of the course. It is 100% organic cold pressed sunflower oil. It is the parents' responsibility to carry out a patch test 24 hours before using.

Little happy humans are not liable for any loss, damage or injury that may occur during the sessions. In no event will Little happy humans/ Natalie Williams be liable to you for any claims as a result.
