Service Description
Helping parents build strong bonds with their new baby in a friendly, warm environment. Yoga is similar to baby massage in that they share a lot of the same benefits. The additional benefits of yoga are building core strength, diagonal co-ordination, using the Moro reflex, and fun for parents. This class is suitable from a minimum of 20+ weeks old to 12 months old. Tea/Coffee will be provided and a biscuit or two! if you can please just bring a soft towel or blanket from home and your normal baby changing bag. Please feel free to message me with any questions.
