Maybe you just have no idea what hypnobirthing is but you want to find out more? This will be 45 minutes where I will show you how we go from frightened and worried to informed and excited. and its completely FREE. Book 1 space for you and your birth partner. Held in a lovely venue, Merville gardens, free parking and only a few minutes from Belfast.
